Unlock Language Studio is a Chinese language school in Tashkent. We prepare students for HSK levels 1 to 6, run speaking practice, and teach one-to-one and in groups, online and offline. Students from 12 years old.
Unlike most language centres in Uzbekistan, Unlock has its own platform: apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, a Telegram bot with a dictionary, audio and stroke-order practice, a personal account with homework and progress, and Unlock Live — built-in video lessons with recording.
Three times a week, 80 minutes each. From 935 000 UZS per month — the price does not depend on the group size.
Three times a week, 60 minutes each. Format, intensity and price are agreed with the teacher.
At our Tashkent studio or in Unlock Live — a video room with a whiteboard, chat and lesson recording.
A programme aimed at a specific exam level: characters, grammar, listening and speaking practice. HSK 1–3 build an extended foundation, from HSK 4 — the advanced track.
A separate track not tied to HSK: business vocabulary, negotiations, correspondence. Evening groups only (19:00–20:20 and 20:30–21:50), a 5–6 month course.
We prepare students for every level of the HSK exam: HSK 1, HSK 2, HSK 3, HSK 4, HSK 5, HSK 6. Check your level with the free test and estimate the price with the cost calculator.
HSK 1–3 groups — 935 000 UZS per month regardless of group size. HSK 4 and HSK 5 — 1 115 000, HSK 6 — 1 450 000, Business Chinese — 1 150 000 UZS per month. One-to-one lessons start at 3 600 000 UZS per month, or 4 100 000 with a native speaker. Textbooks, workbooks, the Unlock platform and the free Sunday support classes are already included — there is nothing extra to pay for materials.
From 12 years old. For a student under 18 the contract is signed by a parent or guardian.
Three times a week: group lessons last 80 minutes, one-to-one lessons 60 minutes. At the studio in Tashkent, online, or a mix of both.
Yes, there is a free trial lesson. You can book it on the site or through our Telegram bot.
Every group is recorded and the recording is available in your account — you do not need to warn us in advance to get it. You can also join your own lesson online, or come to the free Sunday support class and go through the topic with a teacher. The missed lesson itself is not rescheduled.
Yes, for every level from HSK 1 to HSK 6. The programme is chosen for your current level — you can find it out with the free test on our site.
HSK 1 and HSK 2 take about 2.5 months each, HSK 3 about 3 months, HSK 4 and HSK 5 about 4 months, HSK 6 about 6 months. From zero to HSK 3 is roughly 8 months with three lessons a week. Business Chinese from scratch is a 5–6 month course.
